Fitness changes your life. It's that simple. Everything you do is improved when you can move better. I know first hand what it's like to so ill that I couldn't get out of bed. At that point, you crave the ability to move. For most people, unless you've been there, you take your ability to just jump out of bed each day for granted. You walk down the street or up a flight of stairs, without a second thought. Until the day comes that age catches up with you. All those things you did when you were younger and didn't have pain or didn't fix, start hitting your body all at once. Your knees hurt when you go down a flight of stairs, your back hurts when you get out of bed in the morning, you're walking a lot slower, and your shoulder hurts when you go to play your favorite sport. What happened? Is it just old age? No! It doesn't have to be that way. If you start working out the right way at an early age, you can prevent so many injuries and pains. Your life can be changed for the better because it never has to change for the worse. The majority of people in their older years that have injuries and pains, isn't because they were sudden. It's because they were gradual and neglected. Fitness can change your life.
